Play & Development
Developing confidence and social skills is key to our mission at St Paul’s. The wide variety of indoor and outdoor play on offer enables the children to acquire a range of new talents and fully explore all kinds of interests.
Our hall features a home corner, a library area, craft tables, a dressing-up cupboard, musical instruments, a ‘Small World’ area as well as games, puzzles and toys. We have a table for maths and literacy and lots of time for singing, making music and cooking.
Outdoors we have a courtyard play area with a play house, large sandpit, water play and a mud kitchen as well as a selection of bikes, tricycles and ride-on toys. Our beautiful grass meadow gives the children plenty of space to run around and the opportunity to be in nature, grow plants and vegetables and experience multi-sensory learning. We also have slides, small climbing equipment and plenty of PE equipment for games and general play.
